Built for fast road and all-road riding, the IRONDEER R50 SL has a 50 mm deep symmetric carbon rim with 23 mm internal and 30.2 mm external width. It takes tyres from 28 to 45C, so the same wheels run a modern wide road tyre or a light gravel tyre. Full carbon spokes and the D69 ratchet hub keep the wheelset at 1135 g claimed unpainted, and 1160 g measured on our workshop scale.
