Elitewheels Service Center Portugal

Irondeer is the authorized Elitewheels service center for Portugal — handling warranty claims, carbon rim inspection, hub overhauls, freehub and bearing replacement, and post-crash assessment for the full Elitewheels range. We are listed on elitewheels.com as the official Portuguese service partner. Drop your wheels off in Nazaré, or ship them to us from anywhere in Portugal or the EU.

Elitewheels Official Service Center - Portugal

IRONDEER is the authorized Elitewheels service center for all of Portugal, listed on the official Elitewheels website.

This covers:

  • Spoke replacement

  • Rim assessment and replacement

  • Hub overhaul

  • Wheel truing

  • Bearing replacement

For Portuguese riders this changes something specific. Until now, any warranty or service issue with Chinese carbon wheels meant one of three outcomes - shipping the wheels internationally at your cost, finding a local mechanic willing to work on unfamiliar components, or leaving the problem unresolved. None of those outcomes are acceptable for a wheelset you ride seriously.

With IRONDEER as the official service point, your Elitewheels wheels are covered locally. Bring them in. We handle it.
